i love chimichanga too, melissa, but at home, i am lazy to fry so i end up always with burrito :)
I am so sad about Food Network :(. I am still hoping it will come back. There has been a huge brouhaha about it so hopefully the companies will be able to work out things. Thank you for sharing the video so I can have a quick fix.
Betchai, I have never tried to make them, but I love to eat them. I think I will give it a try.
