For me I would pick the Hampton Hotel in Buffalo, NY. Not the most exotic place to choose, but I would choose it for several reasons.
1- We are from upstate NY originally, so most of our family and friends are in NY.
2- We could visit Niagara Falls, my kids would love that so much.
3- I am a major Buffalo Bills fan, so we could catch a football game while there.
4- If I happened to be lucky enough to win, and it was football season, and it snowed that would be awesome. Caitlin has never gotten to play in snow, and it has been five years for DJ.
5- If I happened to win, and it was snowing, and Christmas OMG awesome!
6- When Craig and I got married, we had a very small backyard ceremony here in FL. Most of our relatives and friends were not able to share it with us. If we got to have a 100 friends stay with us at the Hampton Hotel, we could so have such a huge party and pretend it was our wedding reception all over again.

That would be a tough choice. I like your idea of Niagara Falls, but do I know 100 people who would be willing to travel up there? I am not sure about that. If you come up north, I hope you will detour to the Small Town so we could meet in person.
