History Of The Everglades 4 Parts

As part pf our 4th grade history curriculum, we will be studying the history of Florida. I am adding videos, to save for later use. Please watch, and enjoy them, they are quite interesting.

Common Birds, Trees, and Flowers Native To Florida

Tomorrows Science class will be covering common birds, trees, and flowers native to Florida. DJ has already taken out several books, from our local library. He loves to read to his sister, and learn about nature. He teaches her all kinds of neat facts. He is actually a better Science teacher than me lol. I just supply the tools, and he sucks it up like a sponge. I found a very cool website sponsored by the University of Florida all about native plants, and animals. You can view it here. I also added some very nice video clips on the Everglades, the area known as the Nature Coast, and birds of Florida. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
