How The States Got Their Shapes, Science Experiments At Home

My goodness I have quite a few things I want to share with you today. Have you ever wondered why the states have the very interesting shapes that they have? Now you can find out, by viewing the video below, it is long I am warning you. History channel is also having an episode covering this tonight, at 8PM, and again at 1AM. I was contacted by a young lady who has started a new blog. While her blog is about phlebotomy, she sent me an awesome link called 52 awesome science experiments you can do at home. Just click that link to go to her site, and see them all. I am excited to give some a try. Finally, if you love free stuff you need to get over to Homeschool Freebie of the Day, and get the PDF book on plants. It is awesome, and fits a lot of my needs for both of my children. I am sorry I forgot to tell about yesterdays which was about native American life, and was good too. If you sign up for their free newsletter you won't have to wait for me to forget to post them, they will come right to you.
